I love the physical, mental, and emotional challenge of long-distance running. When I’m running, I can feel stress build-ups dripping out of my pores while fresh energy rises up from the inside. After the first few miles I hit my stride– my breathing and legs are in sync; I’ve found my rhythm. I look down at my watch and take note of my pace.
