Kenya Mission Update: May 2024

Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

Colossians 4:2-4

I want to thank you for taking the time to read this, first of all. If you are like me, you have a lot going on these days, and spending precious time and energy on building yourself up spiritually takes sacrifice! I want you to know that every email I send is carefully designed with you in mind. I really want you to walk away from reading these updates with a new spiritual ‘tool’ in your toolbelt. Today, I have a couple things to bring up.

First, we have a new podcast release! This is a relatively short episode (part of a new series) that I recorded with worship director Mikie Unverzagt. Click here to check it out.

Second, I wanted to give you a few updates from Kainos Global and our work in Kenya. Through our generous partners, we have raised enough money to finish off the ministry van overhaul! The pictures below show the transformation and how the team is already putting the new van to good use.

The van is a game-changer, and allows our team to bring the Gospel of Jesus to anyone near and far through songs and street preaching, not to mention outreach programs to the bush country. These kinds of event draw crowds, and many healings and deliverances usually follow. Thank you for your partnership and prayers about this vital mission tool!

Here is an example of how our monthly mission outreach funds are being used to change lives. Check out the video below to meet Francis, a man once sentenced for manslaughter (he had an epiliptic seizure while driving and caused a fatal accident) who gave his life to Jesus and is now set free!

Make sure you check out the video (click above) and the new podcast (click here).  As the apostle Paul writes in his letter to the church at Colossae, I ask you to “continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Pray also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ…. that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.”

Finally, if you are not a Kainos Global financial partner, please join us. There is so much to do in so little time; people are hungry now–more than ever before–for the power and love of Jesus expressed in a tangible way. I am pressing forward with what God has called me to do in Kenya, and I would love to have you partner with me in this assignment. Click here to join the mission!

Be encouraged! Be filled with the power and anointing of the Spirit of God as you spend more time with Him and as you press forward in your own calling in Christ.

With all my love,
