The Unstoppable Podcast Episode 4: Aaron and Sally Eggman

And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:18, KJV

God’s original design for mankind was that we would never be alone. He never intended for us to be isolated and without community–even if we were walking in total communion with the Lord! Have you ever thought about what God meant in Genesis 2 when He said, “it is not good that man should be alone,” when Adam was walking with God everyday in perfect relationship? God called Adam “alone” when he was in daily, personal communion with God Himself in the garden of perfection! This is enough to provoke some questions!

That doesn’t mean that God isn’t enough for us… or does it?

In some ways, God is completely enough for us. For instance, in the area of salvation from our old sinful nature and the total fulfillment of our joy, peace, and identity–these are places in our lives that only God can fill with Himself.

But in the areas of relationship and community, God has purposely designed us and even hardwired us to live to our fullest potential and completeness in the context of relationship with other people.

This is what this podcast is about–how God designed us for relationship, community, and connection with others. Open up your heart as you listen to this fresh word from the Eggmans.
