The Word of God is like a seed. It contains within itself ALL the information, power, and ability to reproduce, bring life, and produce a beautiful and abundant harvest. Years ago I would run on a path near a large, old apple tree. This tree was (it died in 2021) the oldest apple tree in the Pacific Northwest and, apparently, was planted in 1827 by a man who brought the seeds to the US from London.
“…a gentleman ate a fine apple in London and put the seeds in his vest pocket and thought no more about them until he arrived at Vancouver [Washington] nine or ten months after, and having on the same vest at dinner, felt the seeds in his pocket, an from these seeds grew the first apple trees in on the Pacific—now the most famous country in the world for fruit.”

I’ve even heard about grain seeds discovered in ancient Egyptians’ tombs being planted and producing crops! Although the seeds had been dry and useless for several thousands of years, when they were cultivated they brought forth a harvest as if no time had passed at all! The point I am making here is this:
When you invest in sowing God’s Word into peoples’ lives, it carries the power to forever change lives, no matter the location or individual.
In other words, God’s Word has the ability, if received and acted upon, to forever change people no matter their nationality, race, skin color, socio-economic status, caste, etc.
This is what Paul was talking about in Colossians 1:6 when he addressed the church at Colossae. He said, in essence, “We have heard of how your faith in Jesus is bringing forth real, visible results! This is because you have heard and received the Word of God, which is going forth into all the world and has the power to bear fruit to all nations, even as it has among yourselves.”
So when our partners (THANK YOU partners!) invest into what God is doing through Kainos Global, they are creating an opportunity for the most powerful and effective seed known to humans (God’s Word has the power to change any circumstance, no matter how impossible it seems!) to be sown into the hearts of hungry people.
That is what the 2024 Annual Report is all about–communicating with you how “in the whole world, that Gospel is bearing fruit and still is growing by its own inherent power…” through our mission of TEACHING and GOING to the most unreached places in the world.
